• Small orders (10-25 people): 48 hours advance notice
• Medium orders (25-75 people): 1 week advance notice
• Large orders (75+ people): 2 weeks advance notice
• Holiday events: 3-4 weeks advance notice recommended

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
